It is here that I will begin to document my journey to a happier and healthier life style. I have learned so many things since I've made the decision to wear my natural coils. It was almost a year ago that I sat in the barber seat and loosed myself from the chains that were binding me. I made the decision to no longer be conformed to this world, but to be transformed and except what God gave me... and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I will never look back in regret, but only rejoice in the newness for what is to come. November 6, 2010, my life changed for the better and oh what a change it has been.
